岗位描述：
1. Provide creative input into Meetings Product Development to maintain a point of differentiation by developing innovative product and revenue opportunities
为会议产品开发提供创造性的投入，通过开发创新产品和收入机会来保持差异化
2. Conduct and/or assist the sales team with customer negotiations 
指导和/或协助销售团队进行客户谈判
3. Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines
在批准的部门预订指引范围内，协商餐饮价格、功能空间和酒店服务
4. Manage day-to-day sales, marketing and meeting activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
    处理销售，会议预订日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定绩效及个人发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾，提升员工业绩。
5.Provide effective leadership to events teams, including the ability to direct activities according to the relevant detailed SOPs
为活动团队提供有效的领导，包括根据相关的详细sop指导活动的能力
6.Enhance team performance through effective communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients, maximizing satisfaction and on-sell opportunities
通过与其他部门的有效沟通和协调，提高团队绩效。根据客人数量确保合适的人员配备。与客户建立并保持有效的关系，最大限度地提高客户满意度和销售机会。
职位要求：
1、市场营销、商务或酒店管理专业本科或以上学历；
2、同岗位3-5年工作经验。

   七鲤古镇项目位于章贡区水东镇七里村，赣州古城的东侧、贡江江滨，东与赣县章贡村交界，南接贡江与沙河镇相望，距赣州城区约3.5公里，规划区总面积约100公顷。项目用地面积1571.93亩，投资25.23亿元，为投+建+营一体化经营模式。  中交七鲤古镇(赣州)文化旅游有限公司隶属于特大型建筑类央企“中国交建”三级项目公司，与“赣州市章贡区文旅集团”、“浙江中青旅”联合组建。负责该项目的投融资、设计、建设、运营维护等工作。  项目以“宋窑古埠，幸福七鲤”为主题，分为门户文创休闲区、瓷窑文化会展区和古镇风情度假区三大区域，依托“瓷窑、漕运、庙会、客家”四大文化精要，致力打造“红三角”绿色经济圈的首席文化型古镇目的地、赣南首席休憩度假综合体和赣州首个商务文创示范区。
