As an Events Manager , we rely on you to :

1. Develop individual sales activity plans according to the group's market development plans.

2. Supervise and motivate the team to achieve service and revenue goals.
监督和激励团队实现服务和收入目标。
3. Accurately manage contracted conference teams/banquet reservations to maximize banquet room utilization, turnover, and customer satisfaction.
准确地管理签约会议团队/宴会预定,最高限度地提高宴会厅使用率、营业额、以及客户满意度。
4. Work closely with sales and operations to successfully host teams, conferences, banquets, etc.
通过与销售及营运部门地紧密合作圆满完成团队、会议、宴会等活动的接待工作。5. Familiar with the classification of customers, the demand characteristics of each customer and the main competitors.
熟悉客户的分类,每个客户的需求特点和主要竞争对手。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质:
1 Good Communicates and writes in English to support international business and handle English paperwork.
良好的英语书写及口语能力,支持发展国际业务以及处理英文文书工作。
2. Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel experience.
拥有至少1年以上同等岗位国际五星级酒店经验。
3.Understands the global markets and local environment.
了解全球市场和当地环境。4.Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具备较强的人际交往和沟通能力。
