The ability toexecute all tasks of each steward position in the department.

The ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of all stewards/causallabor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

The ability to ensure the neatness, cleanliness and order of all kitchens, backof the house areas, storage areas, employee dining room, Stewarding Departmentmachinery, compactor room, carts and tables through constant monitoring and avigorous cleaning schedule.

Ensures the operating equipment (table top- small wares) / machinery / kitchenequipment are cleaned and handled in a proper way in order to prolong its use.

Participate in inventory and breakage prevention control.

The ability to work closely with the Culinary, Director of F&B, andDirector of Banquet Services to coordinate banquet activities including anadequate supply of small ware for banquet set-up, the preparation and distributionof coffee, hot water, condiments, etc., the dish-up and delivery of food to theproper location, and the delivery of unused food items to the kitchen.
