About the role:

·In charge of Staff kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet in accordance withthe hotel’s standards and financial goals. This role is part of the People and Culture department, reporting to the Director of People & Culture.

负责员餐厨房内的运营,贡献于酒店整体成功,按照公司餐饮指导方针,酒店餐饮水平和财务目标。该职位属于人力资源与企业文化部,向人力资源与企业文化部总监汇报工作。


What you will do:

·Assists in the preparation and updates of individual DepartmentalOperations Manuals.

协助准备和更新单独部门操作手册。

·Conducts regular communications meetings and ensures that departmentalbriefings and meetings are effective and follow through as necessary.

举办与参加定期的沟通交流会议,确保在必要时部门概述和会议有效协调的进行。

·Estimates food consumption and purchases or requisitions of foodstuffsand kitchen supplies.

估计食物的消耗量和食品与厨房用品的需求或进货量。

·Improvise special dishes through innovative recipes as and when require.

当需要时,通过创新的食谱即兴创作特别菜式。

·Establishes and enforces nutrition and sanitation standards forrestaurant.

为酒店厨房制定和施行营养和卫生标准。

·Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

良好的英语书写、阅读和口语技能。

·Must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements (Local hygiene) inhandling

熟知当地卫生规范要求

·Very good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation bestpractices

熟知食物安全、卫生等操作体系。

·Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.

良好的领导、培训、激励和沟通能力。

·Good knowledge of food cost practice, recipe calculation and butchertest.

了解食物成本控制、菜单设计和刀工操作等知识。

·Quality driven, must know and adhere to highest food quality products& standards

把控质量:熟知并遵守高质量出品标准。

·Creative, innovative and good incooking and presentation of food

烹饪和摆盘需具备创新能力。


What you bring:

Experience 工作经验:

·Minimum 8 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasonsor other organization

至少8年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:

·Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary productionequipment and tools effectively.

需要有效的操作和使用厨房生产设备和工具的能力。

·Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food &beverage computer systems.

需要操作电脑设备和其他餐饮电脑系统的能力。

·Good oral communication skill in Chinese.

良好的中文口头沟通能力。

·Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。

·Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help

逻辑性强、注重细节、平易近人及乐于帮助他人。
