and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every
opportunity

Registers and rooms all arrivals according to
established procedures

Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental
standards and procedures

Performs check in, check out and room change
procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems
in accordance with reservation
    执行入住登记，退房结帐和换房程序并确保依照预订将所有的数据资料完整地输入酒店系统

Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate
daily report of all money received
    保持现金流并确保所有收入准确入帐。
·        
Cashes hotel guest’s travelers checks and
assists with currency exchange
    为客人兑换外币和旅行支票
·        
Keeps abreast of all modifications to
accounting policies and procedures
    适时了解财务政策和程序的更新
·        
Responsible and attends to guest’s request of
using the service of safety box at all times
    负责个人为客人提供使用保险箱的需求和服务
·        
Knowledgeable of all special promotion
procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs,
and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty programs.
    了解所有的促销的内容和程序，如；季节促销价，飞行常客计划洲际的忠诚奖励计划。

Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and
requests, referees problems to supervisor/Duty Manager if he/she unable to
assist
    听取客人的抱怨，咨询和要求，在自己不能处理时及时向主管或值班经理反映。

Is familiar with other Intercontinental Hotels
and Resorts so that guest indicating any next destination on the registration
card can be “sold” an onward booking to another InterContinental Hotels
    熟悉了解洲际旗下其他酒店和度假酒店，以便当客人需要预订下一个目的地酒店时可以推荐。

Does everything possible to ensure that the
guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
    竭尽努力以确保给客人对酒店服务留下美好印象。

Performs the audit balances and prepares all
works for audit in an orderly fashion
    执行平帐工作并整理所有帐目以便日审审计。

When on night shift, checks night report,
prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest
arrival
    夜班时，检查夜报，制作晨报并为客人的入住准备需要的单据和表格。

Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard
reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read e-mail,
messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation
systems
    熟知预订程序包括使用正确的表格，怎样看邮件，信息以及解读预订系统中可卖房信息。

Maintains exemplary deportment standards of
behavior and appearance and attitude as expected in a ICHG Brand

·        
Takes personal interest and pride to ensure
that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state al all
times

Endeavors to maintain the high standards of the
hotel with particular regard to the importance of ICHG Loyalty Program member
and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard
