Assists reservations manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department. Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time. Develops, organizes and implements on-the-job training to Reservations Agents.
