• 合规和质量保证：确保所有采购活动符合当地法规和酒店标准。定期检查以确保所购商品的质量符合酒店要求。
• 市场研究：随时了解市场趋势、定价和供应商选择，以建议改进采购策略。提供有关替代产品或供应商的见解，以提高运营效率。
任职资格：
• 具有采购或采购经验，最好是在酒店业。
• 组织能力强，多任务处理能力强。
• 出色的谈判和沟通能力。
• 熟练使用采购系统、库存管理软件和 Microsoft Office 应用程序。
