岗位职责Job responsibilities
1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。
1. Guide passing vehicles, ensure the safety of passing vehicles and pedestrians in front of the lobby, and make the front door unobstructed.
2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
2. The service is thoughtful and warm, see the guests take the initiative to say hello, and assist the greeter to take care of the guests getting off the bus.
3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
3. Ensure the safety of the life and property of the hotel and guests.
4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。

5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。

6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。

7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。

岗位要求Job requirements
1.具有高中以上文化程度或退伍军人优先。
