Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述)·        Responsible for coordinating the delivery of all recreational facilities services, including the spa, tennis court gym operations. 负责协调所有娱乐设施和宾客服务工作，包括水疗，网球场和健身中心的运营。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)·        Co-ordinate the maintenance of all Health Club and Spa facilities and equipment协调健身中心和水疗中心设施和设备的所有保养工作。 ·        Coordinate the delivery of all Spa and Health Club guest services协调健身中心和水疗中心运营并为客人提供服务。·        Responsible for the safety of all guest services负责所有对客服务的安全 。 ·        Manage all staff in this department管理部门内全体员工。 ·        Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services管理部门内产品及服务的销售和促销工作。 ·        Access sales and marketing data使用市场销售数据。 ·        Assist with the development of new products and services协助新产品和服务的开发工作。 ·        Assist with the evaluation of sales and marketing activities协助对销售和市场活动的评估。 ·        Anticipate economic business level fluctuations and makes action plans预测业务水平并制定工作计划。 ·        Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。 ·        Deliver high quality service to guests向客人提供高品质的服务。 ·        Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs遵守部门清洁和保养规定。 ·        Attend and input at management meetings as required按要求参加管理层会议并参与讨论。 ·        Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.与人力资源部门协作做好人力规划和管理。 ·        Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.与财务部协作制定部门预算。      Qualifications –学历·        Degree or Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent   酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关专业的大专学历或毕业证书或职业证书。 Experience –经历·        2 years related experience including 1 year experience in SPA operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2年相关工作经历，包括1年水疗运营经验，或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
