工作职责：
1.负责酒店的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对。
2.做好餐饮部总监和总厨的业务沟通，对酒店饮食管理控制系统提出提出改进意见。
3.定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。
4.对仓库、收货部进行工作检查，严格各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。
5.减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。
6.检查核查所收物品确保所有物品与订单规格相一致。
7.订购的货物必须有相应的定单(非食品酒水类)和每日市场清单或内部采购单(食品酒水类)所有收到的货物必须核对数量确保所收物品的发票或者送货单都有合适的签章并且及时输入到酒店相应的食品酒水管理系统。
8.确保所有离开酒店的拒收的物品、容器、空瓶空箱都有适当地记录。
9.协助成本控制经理进行每月食品饮料的盘点和每个季度的营运设备盘点。

1.大学会计和管理方面的学位。
2.思维清晰、善于分析与沟通。
3.熟练运用电脑办公软件。
