岗位职责
1.负责做好设备检修及“三级保养”工作。
2.安排检修业务工作，及时协调机修各工种之间技术业务工作。
3.督促机修工熟悉使用和保管好各种维修机械和维修工具。
4.掌握各种主要设备的备品备件情况，合理控制使用，适时编制申购计划，保证设备维修的需要。
5.配合有关部门做好机修工的技术培训和特殊工种的定期复证工作。
6.带领教育机修工树立为前台服务思想，要做到人走场地清，不沾污地面、墙面和其他部位。
岗位要求
1.有同岗位工作经验。
2.熟悉各种机械设备的性能，掌握设备的维修和排除故障的专业知识，熟悉各各机械设备的工作规程和制度。
3.取得机械维修工上岗证书。
4.机械设备运行、操作、保养、维修管理能力。
5.语言表达能力可以，能书写一般工作报告。
