岗位职责：
1.全面负责餐饮部的促销、预订、接待、迎送工作，确保令客人喜出望外；
2.协助餐饮部及其它部门做好餐厅的各种促销活动；
3.根据程序通过电话预订或面对面的接触获取信息；
4.根据程序来接待客人，以餐中问候、沟通等方式同客人建立关系；
5.同迎宾员一起热情迎送客人，并引领客人到宴会场所或酒店大门。
岗位要求：
1.精通餐饮的业务知识，熟练掌握餐饮的技能技巧；
2.具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力；善于调动各级管理人员的积极性；3.至少3年的相关工作经验。
