Responsible for the daily work of positions in the hotel kitchen;
负责酒店厨房上什岗位的日常工作;
Strictly follow standard operating procedures for food preparation and processing to ensure stable product quality;

Adhere to the food safety and hygiene management system and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

Have experience in central kitchen work and solid basic cooking skills;
