2. 精通OTA平台精细化运营（平台优化、订单跟进、口碑维护），熟练运营微信、抖音、小红书等主流社交媒体，能独立搭建私域流量体系，完成用户沉淀、维护及转化，提升渠道引流效果。
3. 具备数据驱动思维，定期复盘数字营销数据，分析曝光量、转化率等核心指标，优化营销方案；可独立完成内容营销全流程，策划贴合酒店定位的差异化传播内容。
4. 具备信息流、竞价排名等广告投放能力，能制定投放策略、控制成本、提升回报率；可独立制定酒店年度/季度数字营销战略及预算，推动落地执行。
5. 具备敏锐市场洞察力和热点捕捉能力，能结合海南本地资源、酒店特色及节点，策划创新性营销活动；具备良好跨部门协作、沟通谈判及团队管理能力，维护渠道合作。
6. 认同酒店品牌理念，目标感强、结果导向，责任心及执行力突出，能主动应对营销挑战、持续优化工作成效。
