职位描述：
1.在厨师长的领导下，严格按照菜式规定烹制各种菜肴，保证出品质量。
2.服从厨师长的工作调配，合理分工、完成日常散客及筵席的起菜。
3.熟练标准地烹制厨房研究制定的季节、月、周、日特色菜。
4.开餐前检查所用烹饪材料是否准备妥当燃料，调味料、小料用具、厨具等，并保持所有用具的清洁卫生。
5.执行部门负责人分配和安排的其他工作。
岗位职责：
1.具有较强的责任心及团队精神。
2.具有炉灶相关工作经验。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：一般
