【岗位职责】
1、准备所有的烤制配料及烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点及其他简单的烤制食品；
2、准备各种果冻和较少的生面；
3、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作；
4、确保有足量的面包供应。
【岗位要求】
1、在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验1年以上；
2、熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪；
3、熟悉面包制作工艺。
