Follow all company policies and procedures. 遵守所有公司政策和程序 2. To work with the Director ofCatering and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan forCatering and Banquet sales. 为宴会销售总监安排活动,配合其工作 3. Assists with the development ofnew product themes and services. 协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广 4. Manages financial reports,analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the department 制作每月销售报告及其他相关报告 5. Ensures the achievement ofbusiness objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs.协助宴会销售总监管理财务报告,财务分析、预算,制订部门的定价策略,确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标 6. Coordinates work operationswithin the department as well as other related departments. 与本部门及其他部配合工作 7. Prevents and resolves all guestconcerns. 预防和处理客户所关心的问题 8. To negotiate with clientsensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at thesame time, guest needs and expectations are met. 与客户谈判,确保满足客户的需要,同时又能够实现酒店的利润 9.
