Responsibilities:

Daily Operations 日常运营
• Plan and implement group-level online campaign activities, conduct data-driven review and continuous optimization to ensure the achievement of expected business objectives.
策划并落地集团线上主题营销活动,完成活动复盘与迭代优化,确保达成各项业务指标。
• Manage online revenue-related advertising activities, including budget planning, channel selection, delivery execution and performance optimization.
负责线上营收相关广告投放与管理,统筹预算规划、渠道筛选、投放执行及效果优化。
• Support the optimization and daily operation of the group official website, improve content quality and enhance direct booking conversion rate.
配合集团官网的优化与日常运维,提升内容质量与用户体验,提高直接预订转化率。
• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the group’s platforms, ensuring stable and normal function operation.
协助集团各平台日常运营与维护,保障平台功能稳定正常运行。
• Responsible for the operation and management of online travel channels including Fliggy, Ctrip, Meituan, covering product listing, pricing management, promotion planning and execution.
负责飞猪、携程、美团等在线旅游渠道的运营管理,包含产品上架、价格管控、促销活动策划与执行。
• Cooperate with the development team on function optimization and program iteration of the group mini-program.
配合集团小程序开发团队,完成功能优化与版本迭代工作。
• Analyze sales data across all channels, optimize online channel marketing strategies and generate regular operation reports.
分析各渠道销售数据,优化线上渠道营销策略,并输出运营分析报告。

• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company; support business travel as needed; able to work effectively under pressure.
完成公司交办的其他工作任务,可接受出差,能够承受工作压力并高效完成工作。



Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, business management or related majors is preferred
本科及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, familiar with the operation and management of e-commerce platforms
3年以上电子商务相关工作经验,熟悉电子商务平台的运营和管理
• Familiar with commonly used e-commerce tools and software, with good network marketing skills
熟悉常用的电子商务工具和软件,具备良好的网络营销技巧
• Familiar with e-commerce laws and regulations to ensure the compliance operation
熟悉电子商务法律法规,确保公司的电子商务业务合规运营
• Ability to plan and implement promotional activities
具备策划及执行促销活动的能力
• Fluent English both in oral and writing
流利英文书写及口语
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
熟练掌握办公软件的使用
• Open mind and creative thinking
思路开阔,思路敏捷,有创新
• Good time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
