岗位职责:• 行业协会关系:负责集团与现有行业协会的日常沟通工作,包括会费缴纳、协会活动信息的接收与整理、活动登记及协调安排集团相关人员出席活动。
Association Relations: Manage daily communication with industry associations, including membership fee payments, receiving and organizing event information, registering for activities, and arranging the attendance at association events.
• 公关宣传活动:协助执行集团的各类公关宣传活动,确保活动顺利进行并达到宣传效果。
PR Campaigns: Assist in the execution of various public relations campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and effective promotion.
• 媒体关系:维护与行业媒体的良好合作关系,确保集团获得正面曝光。起草并发布新闻稿、媒体邀请函及其他对外传播内容。
Media Relations: Maintain relationships with industry media to ensure positive exposure for the group. Draft and release press releases, media invitations, and other external communication materials.
• 媒体传播:协调集团相关部门,在官方媒体平台上发布公关传播内容。
Media Distribution: Coordinate with relevant departments to publish public relations content on the group’s official media platforms.
• 媒体监测:搜集与整理行业趋势信息,为集团提供市场参考。
Media Monitoring: Collect and organize information on industry trends to provide insights and market references for the group.
• 内容创作:负责起草集团公文、宣传材料及活动文案,并进行相关文件的中英文翻译工作。
Content Creation: Draft official documents, promotional materials, and event copy for the group, and handle translation of related documents between Chinese and English.

任职资格:• 公共关系、新闻传播、市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力,具备新闻稿写作及公文撰写能力。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong capabilities in drafting press releases and official documents.
• 具备较强的沟通协调能力,团队协作精神和抗压能力。
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and stress management skills.
• 富有创意,关注细节,能够敏锐捕捉市场信息。
