管理酒店线上市场活动。 核心工作是优化网络市场，管理Star GuestCommunications 客户关系工具，第三方网站管理工具，和万豪品牌网站。管理和执行线上广告策划和处理相关的线上报告。
主要责任是通过市场解决方案来提高线上分销渠道的表现。协作收益管理团队提高酒店总体平均可用房收入指数。
网站内容管理和维护：
1.与区域线上市场经理合作，确保网页内容和Offer符合品牌形象并且及时更新。在酒店优惠网页上开发并提交Offer。在酒店登陆网页上完善酒店和目的地的信息。
2. 指导已被认可的线上代理进行市场活动。
3．在各种市场宣传活动中确保品牌形象的一致性。
4．研读并建树于宣传优惠。
5．和当地景点发展合作关系致力于增加在线收入和发展新的在线市场活动。
6．及时将酒店推广给新的市场合伙伙伴和机遇。
第三方客户管理：
7．成为当地和区域第三方客户的主要负责人。
8．根据品牌策略并通过第三方渠道策划和执行战略性市场策划。
9．同已有的第三方客户保持良好的沟通。
10. 组织每个月和收益管理团队的会议。指出淡季的时期和对酒店的需求。提案季度性第三方客户策划。
11. 对于BRG问题和收益管理经理做良好的沟通。
12. 在酒店会议上提供ad-hoc报告。
13. 在每个月的区域线上市场团队会议上提供第三方客户报告。等
