1. Coordinate and manage work and daily operation within department.

2. Assisting director of sales to plans and develops marketing strategies and promotion plans for MICE & Leisure segment.

3. Assist and supervises execution of sales and marketing plan.

4. Manages & Assist in Strategic department planning and development.

6. To assist DOS to analyze opportunities, select realistic objectives, develop, implement and control effective strategic and sales plans.
协助销售总监分析市场机会,指定符合实际的目标,开发,执行,管理行之有效的策略和销售方案。
7. Together DOS assessing selling opportunities within the Sales and banquet capacity. Work with and assist with other portfolios i.e. F&B through marketing channels, Public Relations campaigns to the corporate, on F&B promotions or other similar promotions from other portfolios/departments.
和总监与其他部门通力合作,在酒店住房,会议的可利用的最大范围内预计销售机会。例如: 通过市场渠道对餐饮的销售预计,公关活动对商务市场的评估,以及其他各种资源,部门对类似餐饮等其他活动的评估。
8. Report on the effectiveness of sales from marketing program to DOS.

9. Assists in setting up systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objective.

10. To assist DOS in establishing sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.

11. Develop and implement disciplined a prescribed routing of patterns in covering territory and accounts to achieve high penetration of the market share.
发展和执行销售区域政策来达到最大的市场份额。
12. Together with DOS to determine allocation of selling time to accounts, products and types of customers. In short to effectively implement he Time Management Concept.
和销售总监共同协助销售人员对不同类型的客户分配时间。总之,有效实施和灌输销售团队时间管理概念。
13. To assist the DOS in ensuring that the quality of sales service meets the expectations of our guests and that it represents best value in the segments in which we compete.

14. Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
代表酒店和参与国内和国际的销售活动。
15. To develop and maintain the best possible relationship with clients and their representatives to ensure future business and repeat business.

16. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.

17. To increase occupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel through assist DOS is planning, guidance, and training of hotel sales personnel.

18. To assist the DOS to manage people to bring them to their full potential through training, counseling, guidance and discipline and maintain a work environment which fosters loyalty, pride and a sense of belonging.

19 Perform others duties assigned by the management.
