工作职责:This role provides guidance to the Holiday Inn Express hotel sales team within the assigned area aim to drive hotel performance by fully utilizing corporate resources, lead and support hotel sales team on strategic business planning and execution of sales plans and segment strategies which ultimately stimulate business demand and achieve ongoing enhancement in revenue growth for both new opening and operating hotels. Your day to day●	Works closely with Regional General Managers, VP Operations / Regional Director of Operations, General Managers and hotel Directors of Sales to conduct business reviews and develop sales strategies and tactics which support revenue maximization, enhancement of brands and returns to owners, shareholders and franchisees for new and existing hotels.●	Reviews sales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of funds available to support business objectives.•	Work with Brand Marketing Managers on special projects and new opening initiatives which include brand promotional campaigns, customer events, customer insight survey etc.●	Facilitator of DOS Boot Camp Certification and provide the area to improve the technical skills and knowledge of IHG System, not limit to sales but also revenue system. ●	Identify high potential talents for development in the assigned area.  Ensure that there are Personal Development Plans for the individuals and the plans are well executed.任职资格:What we need from you●	Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce●	Managing multi-property commercial performance in a recognized international hotel company ●	Experience with multi-brand entity preferred.●	Good understanding on the capability of Essential Hotel’s Sales and Revenue●	Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, ways of landing central strategies ●	Provide Guidance based on area goals and objectives and sets performance targets for hotels●	A strong leader, able to act as a role model
