岗位职责
1. 坚决执行和落实酒店及部门所做出的一切决定；
2. 协助部门管理、监督、检查属下工作，做好分管工作计划安排；
3. 处理当值期间的客人投诉，并及时报告部门经理；
4. 确保所有治安、消防设备处于正常状态，保证治安、消防工作达到要求；
5. 处理酒店各种治安问题；
6. 熟悉和掌握酒店内部情况，了解和掌握社会治安情况及其对酒店的影响，积极主动地做好安保卫工作，防患于未然，维护酒店正常经营秩序；
7. 协助策划重大节日、重要接待任务的安全保卫工作；
8. 积极配合公安部门调查和侦破酒店内发生的各类案件；
9. 督导维护大堂门前的正常秩序、保持车道畅通；
10. 检阅值班保安主任记事薄，解决或指示处理问题；
11. 巡视酒店范围，确保酒店处于安全状态；
12 .检查保安部员工的仪容仪表、个人卫生、礼节礼貌和工作表现，确保保安部所有员工的仪容、品行；
13. 制定完善的员工记录资料档案，定期评估员工的工作表现；
14. 执行奖惩制度，确保保安部员工都能跟从酒店所制定的政策和规章制度；
15. 协调本部员工的关系，提高其工作士气与工作方法，并作为保安部员工的辅导；
16. 保持与各部门的密切合作，积极联络，促使保安部工作能顺利开展；
17. 了解市内其他酒店的保安策略及状况，引进超前保安管理念与实践方法；
18. 熟悉酒店紧急措施，执行及完成管理当局所安排的的任务；
19. 协助经理做好与地方当局、公安、消防部门的联系，并保持良好关系；
20. 当需要时随时接受另外的责任安排。
任职要求：
1. 身高170cm以上，形象佳，有一定的法律知识
2. 大专以上文化程度或接受过（公安、司法）专业学习、培训；
3. 有同档酒店五年以上安全工作经验；
4. 有一定的安全管理经验；有一定的组织、领导能力；
5. 英语达到初级水平，能用外语同国外客人就有关安全问题进行简单对话；
6. 有良好的沟通技巧；
7. 身体健康，仪表端庄，精力旺盛，办事公正，反应灵敏；
8. 略懂办公电脑操作，有一定的语言文字表达能力；
9. 有一定的理解和判断能力和处理突发事件的能力；
10. 受过公安、保安培训、兵役训练者。
