岗位职责
1. 负责客房部、管家部日常运营管理，监督客房清洁、公共区域卫生、布草管理、物资管控等工作，确保符合国际五星级酒店服务标准。
2. 负责客房服务团队的日常排班、工作分配、现场督导、巡查考核，保证工作效率、服务质量与出品标准稳定达标。
3. 执行VIP宾客、长住客、重要团队的接待流程，统筹专属管家服务、房间布置、需求跟进，提升宾客满意度与复购率。
4. 巡查客房、楼层、公共区域、工作间、布草房等区域，发现问题立即整改，确保卫生、安全、物品摆放、设施设备均达到酒店品牌标准。
5. 处理宾客关于客房服务、卫生、设施的投诉与特殊需求，快速响应、妥善解决，重大事项及时上报行政管家。
6. 负责客房部成本控制，管理物料、清洁用品、布草、易耗品的申领、使用与盘点，减少浪费、严控损耗。
7. 组织开展团队培训，包括清洁技能、服务礼仪、操作流程、安全规范、VIP服务技巧等，提升员工专业能力。
8. 协调与前台、工程部、安保部、餐饮部等跨部门工作，确保房态准确、维修及时、服务衔接顺畅。
9. 监督落实酒店卫生、消防、安全管理制度，确保员工操作规范、区域无安全隐患。
岗位要求1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理相关专业优先。
2. 3年及以上国际五星级酒店客房部/管家部主管及以上管理经验，熟悉高端酒店客房运营全流程。
3. 精通客房清洁标准、管家服务流程、VIP接待规范、布草管控及成本管理。
4. 具备优秀的团队管理、现场督导、培训指导与问题解决能力。
5. 服务意识极强，注重细节，抗压能力强，能适应酒店运营倒班与节假日工作。
6. 英语口语流利，可与外宾顺畅沟通，熟练使用酒店系统。
7. 持有客房管理、卫生安全相关证书者优先录用。
8. 形象气质良好，沟通协调能力强，责任心强，具备良好的职业素养与团队合作精神。
