Asthe Intern, Finance, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Talent, Performance,Control and Growth programs support
·        Collect information of program nominees and input them intoTalent Data
·        Support, translate trainings and support Finance Lexue
·        Analyse Performance, Control, Growth program participationstatus and update related tracker and information sheet
·        Coordinate communication between managers and hotels
Report & Datacollection
·        Collection and basic analysis for draft data
·        Benchmark and GOL Monthly Send to hotel (via VBA)
·        Mooncake Weekly data collection (From July to September)
·        Monthly/ Quarterly Regional PPT (with standard template only)
·        Audit board regular update
·        Audit board Task assignment
·        Regular or Ad hoc Survey
GCM automation project 
·        Provide edge IT knowledge, hopefully come out new solution forexisting RPA
·        Programming, help to solve specific coding issue
·        Build simple bot for routine work
·        Help to do tool/bot testing
·        Handle automation related documentation
Others
·        Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities asassigned
·        Support workshop, meeting, conference, and other administrativetasks
