Job Responsibility
岗位职责
Lead and execute marketing communications and brand initiatives across the Shenzhen 3 Hotels.
负责深圳区域3家酒店市场传媒及品牌推广工作的规划、统筹与执行。
Develop and implement communication plans to enhance brand awareness and market visibility.
制定并落实市场传播计划，提升品牌知名度及市场影响力。
Manage media relations and organize publicity activities, media events, and partnership campaigns.
负责媒体关系维护，拓展媒体资源，策划并执行媒体宣传活动。
Create and review press releases, promotional content, brand stories, and marketing materials. 
撰写及审核新闻稿、品牌故事、活动宣传文案及各类市场推广内容。
Oversee social media and digital communication channels, including WeChat, RED, Douyin, and WeChat Channels.
统筹微信公众号、小红书、视频号、抖音等新媒体平台的内容策划与运营。
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, brand events, and seasonal promotions.
负责市场活动、品牌活动、节庆活动及合作推广项目的策划与执行。
Coordinate photography, video production, and visual content creation to ensure brand consistency.
统筹摄影、短视频及视觉内容制作，确保品牌形象的一致性和传播效果。
Manage the design and production of marketing collateral and promotional materials. 
负责宣传物料、品牌展示物及推广礼品的设计、制作与管理。
Work closely with hotel operations, sales teams, media partners, and external vendors.
与酒店运营部门、销售团队及外部合作伙伴保持良好的沟通与协作。
Support other communications and branding projects as assigned.
完成管理层安排的其他市场传媒相关工作。

Job Requirement
职位要求
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
2年以上市场传媒、公共关系、品牌推广、数字营销或相关领域工作经验。
Hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or service industry experience is preferred. 
有酒店、文旅、高端零售或服务行业经验者优先。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
具备优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能够独立撰写新闻稿、宣传文案及品牌内容。
Strong knowledge of media relations, digital communications, and brand marketing.
熟悉媒体传播、新媒体运营及品牌推广策略。
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
Skilled in design tools such as Photoshop,  Canva, or similar platforms.
熟悉 Canva、Photoshop 等设计软件，能够独立完成海报、宣传物料及活动视觉设计。
Experience in photography, videography, and video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.
具备视频拍摄及剪辑能力，熟悉 Premiere Pro、CapCut（剪映）或其他视频制作软件。
Strong project management, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
具备较强的创意策划能力、项目管理能力及跨部门协调能力。
Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and passion for brand storytelling.
具有良好的审美能力和品牌意识，对市场趋势及数字传播有较高敏感度。
