岗位职责:
1.全面掌握香格里拉会员活动知识,例如香格里拉会员,飞行里程计划,客史记录;
2.与客人建立友好关系,使其喜出望外赢得客人忠实感;
3.确保宾客喜好表的记录,收集和行动实施;
4.专业地处理所有客人的内外部电话;
5.正确的记录所有叫醒服务;
6.接受客人投诉,并在权限范围内能够迅速的正确的做出决定以确保客人满意度。
职位要求:1.良好的英文口语及书写能力,可以接听全球客人的电话;
2.善于表达和良好的沟通能力;
3.较强的应变能力。
