岗位职责
1.有礼貌地正确地处理酒店所有打入和打出的电话。
2.正确无误地记录和控制叫醒服务。
3.协助有关部门寻呼客人。
4.做好有关记录。
5.协助客人拔打国际长途电话和直拔电话。
6.遵守客人隐私原则。
7.处理客人所需或要求以及汇报电话服务投诉。
8.熟悉酒店产品知识。
岗位要求
1.中专以上学历，形象气质佳，富有亲和力。
2.沟通能力强，普通话标准，具有良好的服务意识与团队合作意识。
3.熟练使用办公相关软件。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-35岁
