岗位职责
1.对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养。
2.对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。
3.负责酒店贴面维修保养和更新。
4.巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题时请示汇报。
5.维修完毕后清理现场。
岗位要求
1.5年以上同等岗位经验。熟练油漆工作，掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法。
2.工作认真，注重材料的节约。
年龄要求：35-55岁
