Job Description
岗位职责
1.Maintain records and files of past and existing clients.
1.保存以前、现有客户的资料和档案。
2. Arrange sales visits and host key clients at the hotel.
2.安排销售拜访。在酒店接待重要客户。
3. Oversee the sale of all catering products within the hotel.
3.负责酒店所有餐饮产品的售卖。
4. Submit visit summaries and sales visit plans to the Director of Food and Beverage.
4.向餐饮部总监提交拜访概况的报告，并提交销售拜访计划。
5.Assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant.
5.协助餐厅正常运营。

Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. College diploma or higher qualification, with at least two years' experience in restaurant operations or sales.
1.大专及以上文化程度，2年以上餐厅或销售工作经验。
2. Familiarity with food and beverage sales within the hospitality sector, possessing an established client base in Shaoxing.
2.熟悉酒店领域的餐饮销售工作，在绍兴有一定的客户群。
3. Strong teamwork ethos coupled with proven leadership capabilities.
3.有较强的团队合作意识，及强的团队领导能力。
4. Adequate foreign language proficiency to comprehend reservation correspondence and deliver reception services.
4.具有一定的外语水平，能够阅读预定函电并进行接待服务。
5. Presentable appearance with sound public relations and social skills.
5.形象气质佳，具有一般的公关和社交能力。
