Job Description
岗位职责
1. Maintain close contact with existing clients, potential customers and partners.

6. Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activities within assigned territories.
6. 在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
7.Prepare sales reports, ensuring accuracy of market and client information for effective follow-up.

8. Actively disseminate product information to enhance the hotel's visibility within assigned markets.

9. Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities.

10. Support the development and production of all hotel promotional materials.

Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. Preference given to candidates with sales experience in luxury resort hotels, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
1. 有高奢度假酒店销售工作经验者优先，出色的人际交往和沟通技巧。
2. Possesses the ability to grasp and comprehend market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
2. 能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
3. Four years' experience in sales and marketing, with a sound understanding of the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai sales market.
3. 4年销售与市场推广方面的经验，对江浙沪的销售市场有一定的了解。
4. Demonstrates strong written and oral proficiency in both Chinese and English.
4. 具备良好的中英文读写能力。
