1.全面负责机械电力服务方面的维修与预防性维护工作，以及整个酒店的维修保养和消防预防系统的绝对优先权。统筹管控酒店能源费用及支出，并从理论与实践相接合的角度教导工程部员工；
2.确保所有的维修与预防性维护工作按计划执行,并负责酒店和员工的安全；
3.对于制冷循环系统, 冷冻水系统, 蒸汽系统, 空调系统, 消防系统的设备及洗衣房的相关设备进行经常性的预防性维修；
4.根据公司的政策，每月上报所有设备的损耗，员工的出勤状况，病假和休假，回函，采购要求，储备控制及存货清单,分析投诉的原因、工作进度表和各种清单，处理维修任务，召开员工日常会议；
5.指导解决所有技术性问题—并亲自排除大的维修问题；
6.负责制冷系统如冷冻水, 冷凝水循环系统, 冷却塔, 风柜系统, 蒸汽系统, 水泵房,洗衣房, 厨房及其它相关设备。
