Greeting andintroduce our service to guest.对光临健身中心的客人问好并介绍健身中心的服务项目。 
Handle complaintsand provide prompt feedback to guests and staff.处理投诉后及时给员工和客人反馈。 
Perform requiredchecks and inspections throughout facility according to the checklist, ensuringall   standards are being adhered to.进行必要的检查以确保所有运转正常。 
Be constantly awareof activity in the club to ensure that unsafe and/or disruptive behavior doesnot take place.杜绝俱乐部内的不安全隐患。 
Ensure the club isin a safe and clean condition at all times.确保俱乐部环境整洁，安全。 
Keep Rooms Directorinformed of events that take place in the club. 及时向房务总监汇报部门内所发生的一切事件。 
Control inventoryof guest supplies and resale items in the reception desk.对客用品及销售产品进行控制和管理。 
Provide RoomsDirector with a monthly report of guest comments and recommended actions on   such comments.向房务总监汇报客人意见，建议及我们所作出的反应与行动。 
Able to handleguest requests in relation to the Centre in a friendly, efficient and courteousmanner at all times.始终以友好、礼貌、高效率的态度处理客人提出的有关健身中心要求。 
Assess workoperation and prepare plans to implement change when required评估工作表现，并在必要时制定调整计划 
Carry out exitinterviews实施员工离职面谈 
Adhere to thehotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures拥护饭店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序 
Sell the hotel and Marriott products and services using up-sellingand suggestive selling techniques用促銷和建议性的销售技巧销售饭店和万豪的产品与服务 
Discipline staff,when applicable 明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划 
Can give penaltyadvice to staff when necessary.有必要时对员工进行纪律处分。 
Training all staff员工培训。 
Upon arrivalensures all recreational areas in good order, and that all scheduled staff arein place as per duty roster.在开使营业前确保所有休闲区域情况正常，所有员工按照工作时间表就位。 
Ensures allswimming pools are clean, safe, and supervised.确保游泳池干净，安全，有救生员监督。 
Ensures adequatesupplies of Gym / Pool towels to both Westin Work Out and Pool area.确保有足够的毛巾供应给健身房，游泳池。 
Ensures both poolattendants have adequate supplies of 1st Aid kit, sports equipment receipts and        pool towel control sheets.确保泳池有急救药箱。有健身设施的报告以及毛巾使用情况登记表。 
Checks the groomingand uniform standards of all recreational staff.检查所有员工的仪容仪表以及工服是否符合标准。
Maintains ready of
