We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:
1. Develops and implements digital marketing strategies in line with the hotel's overall goal online business.
2. Management of search engine marketing campaigns to drive online exposure to hotel website.
3. Keep abreast of current and future competitor's digital marketing activities.
4. Assists the DOSM to plan, execute and monitor all online advertising campaigns for optimal results. Work with DOC to develop advertising messages and creatives.

We are looking for someone who:
1. 2+ years of working experience in the same position. 
2. Good language skills.
3. Strong adaptability, good communication, and strong social activity ability.
4. Be proactive and responsible in work.

电子市场经理的工作职责如下：
1. 制定和实施符合酒店在线业务总体目标的数字营销策略；
2. 管理并运营酒店线上平台，提高酒店线上曝光率；
3. 及时了解当前和未来竞争对手的数字营销活动；
4. 协助市场销售总监策划、执行、管理所有线上活动，以获得很好宣传效果。与市场传媒总监共同开发线上活动和创意。

我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. 2年以上同岗位工作经验；
2. 优秀的语言表达能力；
3. 较强的应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力；
4. 了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力；
5. 个性积极主动，工作认真负责。
