Shangri-La Hotel Xian

As a Service Manager - Events Manager, we rely on you to:

- Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team member.
- Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team.

宴会统筹及会议经理岗位职责如下：
- 协助销售总监与团队成员有效沟通并执行销售策略和目标。
- 处理与当地和国际合作伙伴的销售活动通过各种渠道创造新的商业机会。
- 执行酒店销售和市场计划中的销售活动和行动计划。
- 领导和激励销售团队。
- 维护团队的销售和服务标准。
 
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing.
- Is a strong team player.
- Has a can-do attitude.
- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously.
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel.
- Understands the global markets and local environment.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers.
