1.To assistant theReservation Manager monitors reservation daily operations and process.

2.Effectively organize theworkflow in the Reservations office.

3.Arrange Duty roster forReservation Department.

安排预订部员工每日排班。

4.To follow up on lostbusiness and bring information about them to the knowledge of the departmentsuperiors.

跟踪失败的生意从中得到信息并报告给部门主管。

5.To have a completeknowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative featuresand facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
