In charge and direct overall activitiesof the Front Office Department oversees within the limits of established PullmanHotels Group policies and procedures, to directs and coordinate the day to dayoperation of Front Office Department and assists in the forward planning of thedepartment which include Front Desk, Guest Service Centre, Guest Service Manager,Executive floor, Concierge & Transportation; Cooperates, coordinates andcommunicates with other department heads as required.
负责在铂尔曼酒店已建立的制度和程序的限定范围内,指导和协助整个前厅部的工作活动;监督和指导前厅部的日常运作,并帮助推行部门计划,其中包括前台接待、宾客服务中心、宾客服务经理部、行政酒廊、礼宾部及车队。与其他部门负责人保持密切合作。
1.Is regularly available inthe hotel lobby and reception.
时时关注酒店大堂和前台区域。
2.Develops high qualityrelationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout theirstay, in order to encourage loyalty.
在客人入住的全程与客人建立良好的沟通关系,确保客人对酒店的忠诚度。
3.Anticipates guests' needsand takes them into consideration.
预见客人的需求,并予以采取措施。
4.Handles any guestcomplaints that are not settled directly by members of the team.
跟进处理部门未能一次解决的遗留客诉。
5.Organizes arrivals anddepartures.
合理组织安排登记入住和退房离店事宜。
6.Coordinates roomallocation with the Executive Housekeeper, handling any switches as necessary.
与行政管家协调房间管控事宜,必要时及时做出调整。
7.Communicates with theother departments.
与其他部门保持良好的沟通关系。
8.Formalizes instructionsas necessary and supervises their application.
将操作流程规范化,并予以监督贯彻落实。
9.Supervises the correctuse and follow-up of applications centralizing customer profiles and records.
指导并监督对客人资料记录的正确使用。
10.Modifies working methodsto comply with the brand philosophy.
调整工作方法,更适应于品牌要求。
11.Develops employees'skills and guides them in their professional development.
提高员工技能,指导其更为专业化。
12.Ensures that theappropriate information is given and received by his/her team, to and from theother departments.
确认时时给予与接收来自部门内部以及其他部门的信息反馈。
13.Defines the beststructure for the team and changes it over time: prepares the work schedulesaccording to each person's skills and brand developments (receptionists +welcomers).
使团队结构最佳化,避免加班;结合品牌发展,并依据每位员工的工作能力,进行工作安排(前台接待+欢迎大使)。
14.Leads and motivates theteam to create a good working atmosphere.
引导并激发团队的创造力。
15.Anticipates needs andorganizes recruitment for the team.
预见需求,合理招募新员工。
16.Carries out annualperformance appraisals for team members, sets targets and helps them progressin their careers, developing their skills.

17.Prepares the team'straining plan and follows up implementation.
制定部门培训,并予以贯彻。
