岗位职责
1、 熟知当天预定情况，注意记录客人的特别需求，及时向主管汇报。2、确保为客人提供专业和礼貌的服务，安排座位，点单以及饮品服务都需要按照相应的顺序和程序
3、 客满时，负责安排好后到的客人，使客人乐于等位。
4、 随时注意在接待工作中客人反馈的意见或问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理。
5、 掌握和运用礼貌语言接待客人咨询，订餐等应收集好基本信息。
6、 向客人介绍餐厅各式饮品和特式餐品甜点。
岗位要求
1、有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。2、掌握餐厅服务规程，了解餐厅的各种饮品餐点的基本特点和简单的烹制方法。
3、工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
4、身体健康，仪表端庄。
