1、准时到岗，整理好个人仪容仪表，带齐工作用具；对区域设施设备、器具备品、卫生条件进行检查整理。
2、按要求准备预定房间；按要求及客人需求进行接待。
3、客人到店后，积极向客人介绍公司设施及产品，主动了解客人消费习惯及需求，并随时做好服务。
4、客人消费结束后，及时整理好账单，并通知收银员结账。收拾整理客用房间。
