1.每日上班提前10分钟打卡,换好工服后于员工区待岗等候接受前台的工作安排及仪容仪表检查。
2.进行卫生责任区域打扫,同时检查房间备品及用品,及时补充(早班);
3.检查房间内灯光、空调等设施,如有问题及时反馈到前台(早班)
4.卫生打扫完毕,通知前台,并接受前台检查(早班);
5.排出当日人员的上钟次序,并通知前台(早班);
6.严格依照排钟制度走牌(早班);
7.服务顾客时严格遵守《待客服务流程》标准,疗程开始需向前台报钟,如有加钟或换钟必须告知前台;
8.下钟后马上通知前台,并及时清理房间,补充备品;
9.无客人的情况下,仅限在员工休息区停留,不得到处走动;
10.下班之前填写各自的平均值;
11.晚班下班之前收拾房间内物品、清倒垃圾,刷香薰灯,关闭空调、灯(具体见晚班下班检查表);
12.一切检查通过后,正点打卡下班;
13.身体健康。
