8. 协助主厨对剩余食品进行再加工；
9. 爱护厨房所有运作设备和工具，对操作完成后的用具要及时清洗并归类放置；
10.对操作后的残渣及时清理；
11.熟练审阅当天标示菜谱，熟悉配料的名称和搭配方法；
12.按时按质按量的完成主厨下达的生产任务，时刻掌握加工出品的销售动态；
13.及时了解锅线.机用设备运行情况，如有异常及时报告主厨或工程部。
