岗位职责：
热情微笑迎接宾客，标准站姿，主动开车门、协助提拿行李。雨天主动撑伞，确保宾客不被雨淋。协助宾客搬运行李至客房或礼宾部，确保轻拿轻放，避免损坏。熟悉酒店设施，快速解答宾客简单问询（如餐厅、健身房位置）。为宾客安排出租车或豪车接送服务，确保车辆整洁、司机专业。协助宾客上下车，特别注意VIP及老年/儿童宾客的安全。为宾客提供高端定制服务，如餐厅预订、演出门票、私人导游等。熟悉本地奢侈品店、高端场所，协助安排购物或特殊体验。根据宾客需求设计个性化行程，包括交通、景点、翻译等。提前预判需求（如商务宾客需打印服务或会议室安排）。协调各部门确保无缝体验（如快速入住、私人管家对接）。流利使用英语熟悉国际礼仪，避免文化禁忌。
岗位要求：
具备极强的服务意识，能从容应对苛刻需求。2年以上五星级酒店或高端服务行业经验。熟练使用Opera等酒店系统及基础办公软件。适应高强度工作。

Job Responsibilities：
Warmly greet guests with a smile, maintain impeccable posture, open car doors, and assist with luggage.Offer umbrella service during rain to ensure guests remain dry.Assist with luggage transportation to rooms or concierge, handle with care to avoid damage.Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities to promptly answer basic guest inquiries.Arrange taxis or luxury car transfers, ensuring vehicles are clean and drivers professional.Assist guests in/out of vehicles, prioritizing safety for VIPs, elderly, and children.Provide bespoke services: fine dining reservations, show tickets, private tours, etc.Know luxury boutiques and elite venues to arrange exclusive experiences.Design tailored itineraries covering transport, attractions, translators, etc.Anticipate needs, e.g., printing services or meeting rooms for business guests.Liaise with departments for seamless VIP check-in/butler service.Fluent in English Master international etiquette to avoid cultural faux pas.
Job Requirements:
Exceptional service mindset, handles demanding requests gracefully.2+ year in luxury hotels/high-end hospitality preferred.Proficient in Opera PMS and basic office tools.Adaptable to high-pressure environments.
