1. 负责酒店网络系统、酒管系统、办公系统、人力系统等网络信息系统的维护管理，办公设备、网络设备和机房硬件设备的维修保养，确保各项网络系统安全、正常的运行；
2. 定期巡检网络设备、计算机及外围设备使用情况，保障其正常使用；
3. 熟悉和掌握所有设备系统的性能，当系统出现故障时，要及时组织人力进行维修或联系维保方修理，以最短的时间恢复其正常运行；
4. 督导酒店网络系统维保厂家的定期维护工作，及时更新服务器和酒管系统各站点的软件和文件；
5. 负责酒店客用网、办公网、酒管网的桌面级维护支持工作，纠正系统软硬件和UPS的各种问题；
6. 提出电脑房设备系统维修保养计划和备品备件购买计划，定期上报工程部经理审定，并负责组织实施；
7. 负责各类备品、备件和各种维修器具的保管和保养工作，合理使用物料和零配件，及时做好耗用统计工作；
8. 贯彻执行工程部制定的各项规章制度，督促检查下属员工严格执行信息安全规程、网络运行规程制度。做好技术档案的建立、管理，不得缺损，如有技术资料变更，应及时整理归档；
9. 熟悉电脑房应急预案，有异常问题按流程上报；
10. 按时上交周报，月度、季度、年度计划和工作总结；
11. 服从分配，完成上级领导及总经理交办的其他工作。
