岗位职责：
1、负责落实和完善物资采购管理体系，对直接下属的业务知识和业务技能培训；
2、负责审核各部门的采购申请单，与仓库联络，确保不出现重复采购；3、负责日常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查，开发货源；
4、收集市场信息，做到货比三家、优质优价优先，发现新产品，调整进货价格，报上级批准后执行；
5、负责做好采购成本费用核算，努力为酒店节约采购成本；
6、负责日常采购合同、协议的签署，对合同的执行进行管理；
7、负责对供货商的信誉进行调研。
岗位要求：1、有3年以上酒店相关岗位工作经验；
2、熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序；
3、良好的沟通及协调能力；
4、具备英语基础。
