【岗位职责】
1、完成日常运营管理，确保餐厅服务流程符合酒店标准，提升顾客满意度。
2、监督并指导西餐服务团队，包括服务员、领班等，确保服务质量、礼仪规范及环境卫生达标。
3、负责餐厅物资、餐具及设备的盘点与维护，控制物料消耗，降低运营成本。
4、处理客户投诉及突发情况，及时反馈并协调相关部门解决问题，维护酒店声誉。
5、参与制定并执行餐厅促销活动，协助完成营业额及利润目标。
6、组织员工培训，提升团队服务技能、菜品知识及安全意识，确保合规操作。
7、与厨房保持良好沟通，协调菜品出品速度与质量，保障用餐高峰时段顺畅运行。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店或餐饮行业服务管理经验者优先考虑。
2、熟悉西餐服务流程及基本礼仪，具备良好的服务意识和团队管理能力。
3、具有较强的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理突发事件和客户投诉。
4、工作责任心强，能适应餐饮行业轮班制，包括周末及节假日排班。
5、具备基础的办公软件操作能力（如Word、Excel），可用于简单数据记录与报告。
6、积极主动，有学习意愿，能快速掌握酒店制度及标准操作流程。
