岗位职责

7.To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.

10.Conduct interviews with suppliers, representatives and obtains information, specification, quotations, on any items required and handles subsequent correspondence and negotiates for procurement.

11.To update the purchase order procedure and brief the team accordingly so that all team members are aware of the limits, approvals and purchase flow.

12.Ensure that proper purchasing procedures are in place, with purchase orders placed only by the Purchasing Department after due authorization by management.

13.Placing orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirement and trace the outstanding orders to ensure operational needs are met

14.Pricing of purchase orders and determining appropriate supplier to obtain best quality and price.

为采购定单选价并决定合适的供应商以获得最佳质量和价格。

15.Conduct the market survey to understand the market trend and the price floating

进行市场调查以了解市场趋势和价格浮动。

16.Safeguard the petty cash float (if any) so as to ensure no unauthorised access the float. is to be kept in the safe.

保管零用现金(若存在)以确保其未被未授权使用,保存在保险箱内。

17.Collect the Market List quotation at the regular intervals.

定期收集市场采购单价格。

18.Regularly reviewing contract supplies to ensure prices are still competitive.  Maintains competitor knowledge of similar products by regularly surveying price lists of other hotels operation supplies.

定期检查合同供应商以确保其价格仍有竞争力. 通过定期调查其他酒店运营供应商的价格清单,保持对竞争者的相似产品的了解。

19.Analyses market trends to anticipate likely price fluctuations, for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short time periods.

20.Ensures all documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery dockets etc) is forwarded to Accounts Payable on a timely basis.

确保所有文件(采购订单,发票,送货单等)及时转送给应付账款员。

21.Is flexible in relation to working hours.

22.To ensure that competitive quotes are obtained as per policy.

确保根据政策获得的有竞争力的报价。

23.To conduct market price surveys in coordination with the Cost Controller and Executive Chef on a regular basis.

24.To ensure that price comparisons amongst other hotels is done on a regular basis.

25.To ensure that all efforts are exhausted in obtaining the best possible quotations.

26.To maintain good relations with all hotel departments and suppliers.

27.To ensure that all unmatched/open Purchase Orders are investigated and proper action propose and taken on a regular basis.

28.To have strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and the hotel inventory/purchasing software.

拥有对Excel, Microsoft Word和酒店库存/采购软件的丰富知识。

29.Assist in the preparation of month end reports and other ad hoc reports that may be required from time to time.

协助准备月末报告和其他可能需要的特殊报告。

30.To ensure familiarity and adherence to any national or global purchasing agreements in place.

31.To undertake analysis of proposals when required and provide recommendations to the Director of Finance.

32.To ensure that all month end procedures are strictly followed and deadlines are met.

33.Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring that food cost is kept to a minimum.

34.To be familiar with all emergency procedures.

35.Maintains an adequate and up to date filing system.

36.Liaison with related government departments as: Animal & Plants Inspection, Wine & Tobacco License, and The Customs etc.

37.Prepares a purchase orders outstanding list for month end purposes.

为月末结算准备采购未达清单。

38.Ensures all documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery dockets etc) is forwarded to Accounts Payable on a timely basis.

39. Conduct regular vendor visitations for high-risk suppliers.

40. Is flexible in relation to working hours, especially at month end and during stock take.

41. Minimizes the risks of accidents and workers compensation costs by ensuring the correct work practices are used and that the area is safe from hazards.

岗位要求

1.Must possess basic computational ability.

2.Ability to lead, to provide guidance and to develop team member.

3.Knowledge of supplies.

4.Mature and reliable person.

成熟可信赖。

5.College graduate.

大专毕业。

6. At least 2 years of working experience as Purchasing Supervisor or higher in the hospitality industry.

采购部经理有足够的教育背景,作为采购主管或服务行业更高职位至少两年的工作经验。

7.Good command of both written and oral English.

良好的书面和口头英语。
