职位描述

Primary Responsibilities 
•	Supervise the AR team
•	Collection
-Communicate with hotel about payment delaying reason and solve the problem
-Send E-mail to remind hotels. 
-Send payment reminder to hotels 
•	Management Fee calculation
-Review carefully HMA before setting up management Fee calculation formula
-Calculate the management fee correctly based on hotel monthly reporting 
•	Prepare the credit meeting
-Prepare AR ageing and comments for each hotel
-Attend AR review meeting with CFO and FD
•	Support legal in arbitration document
•	Maintain existing Marco tools
•	Maintain billing tools
•	Set up Sun report format when it is necessary
•	Review the Hotel Management Agreement

Knowledge and Experience
•	Minimum of 8 years experience in AR accountant, preferably in credit manager position
•	Strong knowledge of Excel
•	With hotel background and knowledge
•	Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business 
•	Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing
•	Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. Sun6)
