1.协助员工解决付款问题 （例如，处理信用卡的问题）。跟进客人满意度。处理客人入住手续，确认预定，分配房间，和制作发放房间的钥匙。处理所有的付款类型，如房间费用、 现金、 支票、 借记卡或信贷。为每个客人入住时设置准确的帐户 (即，同住，分付房费/税费/杂费，免费房等)。预见满房，并给予无预定或者不能入住客人满意的替代选择。根据客人的要求和请求在系统中分配房间。解决客人的请求或问题，必要时联系适当的个人或部门 （例如，礼宾，管家部）。与客房部协调可卖房，打印和查看每日报告和日志。在班次开始和结束时核对现金以及账目。并根据财务规范投帐。
