【岗位职责】
1、驻西安办公，负责西安及周边区域商务客户的开发与维护，完成酒店客房、会议及餐饮等产品的销售目标；
2、定期拜访现有及潜在客户，建立并更新客户档案，及时了解客户需求并反馈至酒店相关部门；
3、针对会议团队、商务客源、旅行社、长住客户等不同客群，制定个性化销售方案并跟进报价、合同签订及款项回收；
4、协调酒店前台、餐饮、客房等部门，确保客户预订信息准确传达，并妥善处理客户入住期间的问题与投诉；
5、关注西安市场竞对动态及行业展会信息，收集市场情报，协助销售总监制定阶段性促销策略；
6、按时提交销售拜访计划、周报及业绩分析数据，完成上级交办的其他商务拓展任务。
【岗位要求】
1、有酒店销售、客户接待或相关行业从业经历者优先；
2、性格外向，具备良好的沟通表达能力与谈判技巧，能独立完成客户拜访及商务洽谈；
3、对销售工作有热情，抗压能力强，能适应经常性外出及短期出差安排；
4、具备基本的办公软件操作能力（如Word/Excel），会使用微信、邮件等工具维护客户关系；
5、熟悉西安本地市场环境，拥有一定企业客户资源或酒店人脉者优先考虑；
6、诚信敬业，有较强的服务意识和结果导向意识，能积极配合团队完成整体销售目标。
