岗位职责:
1 负责酒店食品、饮品成本报告,控制食品、饮品营业成本控制
2 检查食品原材料收货程序以及原材料质量,掌握市场上原材料价格信息
3 与各厨房餐厅酒吧沟通,提供成本信息,降低成本
4 负责编制每月饮食成本报告
5 严格各种物品、食品、饮品的购入、验收、入库出库等有关手续和标准
任职要求:
1 具有较强的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识
2 人品正直诚实,具备良好的职业道德和素质,责任心强
3 能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议
4 通晓财务核算流程,能熟练运用财务软件及办公软件
5 根据酒店经营需要,有效进行科学的成本测算
6 对财务各项指标具有一定的敏感力
